Terms of Service.

The short version.

Use the site for its intended purpose. Don't try to break it. We provide marketing services to qualifying diesel shops under separate signed agreements. Nothing on this website is itself a binding service contract — that happens once you sign one.

Service agreement.

Our marketing services are governed by a separate written Master Services Agreement signed at onboarding. That MSA — not this website — defines deliverables, fees, performance pricing terms, refund policy, and termination. Nothing here overrides it.

The one-shop-per-market rule.

We do not run paid acquisition for two competing diesel shops in the same metro at the same time. Once a shop is signed in your ZIP cluster, that market is locked. We make this commitment in writing as part of the MSA. We reserve sole discretion in defining "metro" and "ZIP cluster" boundaries based on auction overlap and trade-area data.

$3,000 monthly minimum.

Performance pricing is structured as a percentage of ad spend with a minimum monthly service fee equivalent to $3,000 of ad spend. Below that floor, the auction economics for diesel keywords do not work and we will not onboard or maintain accounts under it.

Performance representations.

The case study results published on this site are real, verified outcomes from independent shops. They are not guarantees. Your results depend on your market, capacity, sales process, and ad spend. We size up the math with you transparently before any commitment.

Acceptable use.

• Don't attempt to access non-public areas of the site or its systems.
• Don't submit false information through the Territory Check form.
• Don't scrape, copy, or republish our content, case studies, or branding without written permission.

Intellectual property.

The Repair Lift name, logo, brand system, copy, photography, and proprietary methodology (auction logic, keyword frameworks, sales-process scoring) are property of Repair Lift. All rights reserved.

Limitation of liability.

The website and content are provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Our services, when engaged under an MSA, carry their own service-level commitments defined in that contract.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Disputes arising from use of this website will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
