The short version.
We collect the information you submit through our forms (name, shop, phone, email, market) and use it to evaluate fit and follow up about your application. We don't sell your data. We don't run remarketing ads at you. If you ask us to delete your information, we delete it.
Information we collect.
- Form submissions. Information you provide on our Territory Check or contact forms — name, shop name, role, phone, email, location, current revenue, marketing spend, bottleneck description.
- Call tracking. If you call us, your phone number, call duration, and (where required by law and disclosed) recordings.
- Site analytics. Anonymous traffic data (pages viewed, source, device type) via standard analytics tools. No cross-site tracking.
How we use it.
- To evaluate market availability and fit for your application.
- To contact you about your application — by phone, email, or text — for the purposes you submitted the form for.
- To improve our service quality and identify common questions or bottlenecks.
What we don't do.
- We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
- We don't run automated outbound calls or SMS blasts.
- We don't use your data to train AI models.
- We don't run retargeting display ads at submitters.
Your rights.
You can request a copy of the information we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — at any time, for any reason. Email privacy@repairlift.com and we'll process the request inside 14 days.

Our site uses essential cookies to make forms work and standard analytics cookies to understand site traffic. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or remarketing pixels.
